WWB-100 Bottle Washer

Unlike other machines that are simply converted dishwashers, our WWB-100 is designed from the ground up as a bottle washer. It's built in, adjustable timer makes it perfect for washing either water bottles or wine and beer carboys.

Standard Characteristics:

Fresh water wash and rinse cycles ensures the bottles always get new water and chemicals before each cycle. Total water consumption per cycle is limited to 4 gallons (16 Litres).
The new electronic control offers the operator the choice of 4 wash cycles from light loads to really tough ones with the simple touch of a button. This offers the flexibility of choosing while conserving energy when longer wash cycles are not required.
The patented multi-level wash arms instantly cover all rack surfaces for a superior wash in shorter times, again conserving energy.
The insulated rinse booster maintains water at 82°C/180°F in an un-pressurized and integrated 2 gallon (9 litre) tank ensuring a hot and efficient rinse cycle.

Special Note: The system temperature is calibrated for polycarbonate bottles. For other plastics such as PVC it may be necesarry to decrease the temperature.
