Versatile: The BF150 can fill-and-cap bottles ranging in size from 3 to 5 gallons - at speeds of 150 bottles per hour. In addition, with the unique "small-bottle-adapter-kit", you can fill bottles as small as 12oz. (355ml), making the BF150 one of the most flexible fillers on the market today! Functional: Another design advantage to the BF150 is that there is no need for highly trained operators or service personnel. The actual bottle filling mechanism is controlled by a combination timed/pressure method, and when set properly, the bottles are filled accurately and dependably. Setting the controls is easy and the controls are ergonomically positioned at eye level.

The BF150 comes equipped with a manually loaded cap chute for larger bottles. A pneumatic ram caps the bottles and is operated by the touch of a button on the control panel. Smaller bottles are capped with the optional "bottle cap tightener." All controls on the BF150 are simple, clearly labled, and located at eye level for easy viewing and adjustment.

The BF150 Semi-Automatic Bottle Filler and Capper is versatile, functional, and mostly, it's affordable! While the BF150 was designed to be used in conjunction with the BW150 Bottle Washer, it will work equally well with virtually any other bottled water system. The filling table height is easily adjustable to work with your existing conveyors.

There's only one product water fitting, one drain fitting, one electrical connection, and just a single pressurized air inlet. The BF150 is constructed entirely of stainless steel and other food grade approved materials and is "ozone-safe" to meet stringent state and federal guidelines.
