Stainless Steel Drum Heaters

Many companies that have materials stored in drums or pails are often faced with the problem of maintaining a viscosity or temperature of the materials. Typical examples are chemicals, oils, greases, fats, molasses, adhesives, plastics, mastics, resins, syrups, and a variety of liquid food products. To keep products such as these at temperatures or consistencies for handling in process, many manufacturers turn to flexible & silicone rubber drum heaters. Our stock drum heaters are designed to fit standard metal drums of 5, 15, 30 or 55 gallon capacity. They can easily be wrapped around the drum and attached with a simple spring and hook arrangement. Properly positioned below the content level of the drum, the drum heater provides uniform heat.

All applications require temperature monitoring for safety and accurate results.
