Automatic Bottle Washer

The BW150 bottle washer is designed to provide years of reliable, trouble free service for the small to mid-sized operation. It’s also ideal for the new or expanding bottled water business. The movement of bottles through the washer is controlled by an automatic advancing system; which simplifies operation and reduces the maintenance requirements.

The washing, sanitizing, and rinsing action of the bottles is far superior to the small “dishwasher type” washers. The water pressure is much greater and the cleaning action more efficient. With the wash & sanitize solutions being recirculated for maximum efficiency the waste water per bottle is reduced to less than one litre. This greatly reduces the electricity required for heating. Less water used and less water heated means more savings for your company.

High pressure, stainless steel jet nozzles are positioned to spray water directly into the bottle openings. This pressure cleans both the inside of the bottle and slightly lifts the bottle, allowing the exterior spray jet to create the unique “lift and spin” effect, which insures a cleaner bottle exterior as well. The result is a significantly cleaner bottle in less time with less waste water. The system operates on a three-cycle function which includes detergent wash, sanitize, and final rinse - giving you the cleanest and safest “washed-bottle” available.

The bottle loading and unloading system is easy and convenient. The automatic advancing system holds bottles securely during the wash, sanitize, and rinse stages. Operation of the BW150 is simple and quick. A single operator can load and unload two bottles every 40 seconds in smoth transition while simultaneously performing other duties.
