Manufactured from the finest quality stainless steel, your Model 200-L is built to last a lifetime. It is designed with the end user in mind. Raw water is fed into the distiller through a built in, easy to clean 225 micron water filter. This removes large particles, thus allowing this unit to be installed on virtually any water source. The water flows from the filter to the preheat chamber where it is preheated to near boiling before entering the boiling chamber. This uninterrupted distilling cycle produces more water in less time. The steam rising up through the two foot steam tower assures you that only the purest water enters the condensing coils. When steam enters the coils, the heat activates a heat sensitive switch that automatically turns the fan on, condensing the steam to water.

A second heat sensitive switch (attached to an illuminated indicator on the front panel) is used just before the water enters the holding tank. This ensures that the water entering the all stainless steel 300 litre storage tank is cooled properly. This storage tank is built for easy pump hook up. Should you run out of water in your distilled water storage tank, a built in protection is provided. The pump will shut off automatically and an indicator light on the front panel of the unit will light up showing you that the storage tank is temporarily empty. A water sight gauge is also a standard feature showing you the level of water in the storage tank at anytime. The storage tank is conveniently V shaped and sloped for ease in sterilization of the unit.

Special Features include:
• Low density incaloy sheathed heating element: Lasts longer due to the extra length of element which dissipates the heat over a larger surface. The incaloy sheath protects against corrosive compounds.
• Coconut carbon: After the steam is condensed by fan cooling, the product water passes through granulated coconut carbon. This aerates the water, giving it a “fresh, spring taste”. West Heat offers you the option of using a stainless steel canister with replaceable coconut carbon or a disposable carbon cartridge.
• Standard automatic start/stop float system: prevents the boiling tank from boiling dry and extends the life of the heating element.
• V shaped and sloped bottom in the boiling tank: allows easy automatic or manual impurity drainage.
• Lighted switches and indicators: are easy to understand and read. The front panel lets you see what stage the distillation process is at.

Options
Demand Pump: A pump may be easily installed on the unit to provide a distilled water pressure system. When the Model 200-L is ordered with the pump option, it is equipped with a built in safety switch. This shuts the pump off when the storage tank is empty, so the pump does not run dry.

Modular Design: Due to the unique design of the 200-L, a series of units may be hooked together. One unit would have the demand pump built in, while the additional units may be only distillers with storage tanks. This modular design can increase distilled water production only when demand warrants it, making the Model 200-L unparalleled for cost effectiveness! Another advantage of the modular design is that one unit may be cleaned or serviced, while the other units are still providing distilled water.

Electronic Auto Drain®: Automatically drain the impurities from the boiling tank every 24 hours of distillation. Should the feed water quality be very poor, the electronic circuit board may be easily customized to a 12 hour drain cycle.
