Open Coil

Electric duct heaters are available in any size from 6” X 6” up to 144” X 96” for rectangular or up to 12” diameter, and up to 1000 KW in one section.  All voltages to 600 Volt single and three phase are available.  All electric duct heaters are equipped with the necessary automatic reset disc cutouts.  Heaters can be equipped with a variety of control options to accommodate any control system for basic electric, electronic, or pneumatic to the most sophisticated DDC control (Direct Digital Control).  The controls are enclosed in a NEMA 1 control panel and a detailed wiring diagram is affixed to the control panel door for easy reference during installation and service.

Finned Tubular or Open Coil Design

Finned tubular or Open Coil process air heaters are designed to provide air temperature to 500°F/260°C.  Typical applications include comfort heating, drying, fruit and produce ripening rooms forced air dryers, recirculating ovens, and other air heating applications with a maximum sheath temperature of 850°F/455°C

Tubular Process Heaters

High Temperature Process air heaters provide process temperatures up to 1200°F/650°C for many oven and forced air applications. Typical applications are recirculating ovens, drying or curing ovens, heat treating, annealing and dehumidification.
