They offer a safe, reliable operation. 

Two versions are available: 

Electric Boilers for either new construction or for retrofit installation.

Dual-Energy boilers for applications where the system will alternate between electric heat and oil, natural gas or propane.

·          Pre-wired elements electronically controlled for full modulation

·          Quiet magnetic relays

·          Temperature and pressure gauge

·          Electronic adjustable supply water aquastat

·          Pre-wired terminals for external controls

·          A built-in fixed anticipator suits both heating modes

·          Should either the electric or the oil heating fail, the system automatically switches to the alternate mode

·          The boilers are equipped to accept time-of-day or remote control by the utility

·          Three-Position Selector Switch allows electric heating, oil heating or automatic selection according to the outdoor sensor. The electric mode is automatically selected when the outdoor temperature is above the set point of the outdoor sensor. The oil mode is automatically selected when the outdoor temperature is below the set point of the outdoor sensor. A green pilot light indicates the selected mode.

Warranty

West Heat Industries Limited warrants against defects in material and workmanship the heat generator casing of its boilers for 10 years and all other components for one year after date of shipment from its factory.

Any claims under this warranty shall be considered only if the product has been installed and operated in accordance with written instructions. Any misuse of the system, or any repair by persons other than those authorized by the company carried out without its written consent, voids this warranty.

West Heat Industries Limited’s responsibility shall be limited in any case to the replacement or repair, in its factory or in the field, by its own personnel or through others, at its option, of such boilers or parts thereof as shall prove to be defective within the warranty period.

West Heat Industries Limited will not be held responsible for accidental or consequential damages, or nor for delays, nor for damages caused by the replacement of the said defective boiler.
